Want to know what your store capacity is?

The Retail Council has a handy dandy calculator to determine what your capacity is for your store so you can fall in line with the Step guidelines.

Essentially it takes your total sales floor square footage, then you estimate how much your fixtures take up so it subtracts it and then based on % of the various steps it'll tell you how many customers you can have in.

It'll even give you a template for you to print on your store's window.
