Indigenous Women in Business Program from NADF

NADF is running a special program for the Women in Business Program (WiB) which provides training and financing of up to $20,000

The goal of the WiB is to assist Northern Ontario Indigenous women with a desire to:

start or grow a business
overcome barriers and access funding
build their credit, and
leverage financing and support services

Eligibility

be an Indigenous woman over the age of 18 years
must be a wholly owned or majority-owned (51%) Indigenous women-led business
business must be located and operating in NADF’s service area

WiB workshops series will prepare you to take the
next step in your entrepreneurial journey.

The WiB is a micro-finance program designed
for part-time and/or home-based Indigenous
women-led businesses requiring smaller loans
and who may lack access to conventional financing.

Up to $20K in Financing
- Up to 50% repayable
- Up to 45% non-repayable
- 5% equity requirement
Repayable over 5 years
8.5% interest rate
