Calculate your Wage subsidy: is it CEWS or CRHP?

The Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy is starting to have a bit of a decline as time has gone one.  While it is waning the newly announced Canada Recovery Hiring Program is there to have some overlap and allow an employer who's still feeling the difficulties of the pandemic to get the help they need.

The programs are meant as a sort of complement to each other, where one may provide more benefit than the other.  It's a little hard to look at it on its face and determine which is the one you should need, especially in this crossover time; but Canada Revenue just created this handy dandy calculator and even gives you some examples.

Digital Main Street opens for 3rd round of Transformation Grants

 Monday marked the opening of the new round of grants available from the Digital Main Street program.  The DMS platform was initiated by the TABIA group as a way to get digital training and tools into the hands of the main street businesses - partnering with OBIAA and funds from the Federal and Provincial government, they rolled out grants to businesses who completed the training so that they can implement the new skills they learned.
